Join me for this week’s session where we’re elevating your routine with a POWERFUL BOX WORKOUT!
Grab your box (or a sturdy chair) and get ready for a dynamic follow-along workout that will challenge and strengthen your entire body.
In this intense box workout, we’ll power through FIVE challenging exercises designed to push you to your limits. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds, followed by a 15-second recovery, for a total of four rounds. This 18-minute session is all about maximising your effort and results!
The Workout:
1. Box Pike Push Up (regression: Floor Pike Push Up)
2. Box Dips
3. Box Squat Pike (regression: Bear Squat)
4. Step Up Dish
5. Tuck to L-Sit
