Join me for this week’s session where we’re elevating your routine with a POWERFUL RING AND FLOOR WORKOUT!
Grab your gymnastics rings (or TRX straps/suspension trainer) and get ready for a dynamic follow-along workout that will challenge and strengthen your entire body.
In this intense session, we’ll power through FOUR challenging exercises, designed to push your limits. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds followed by a 15-second recovery across 4 rounds, giving you a total of 20 minutes of focused work. It’s all about maximising your effort!
The Workout
1. Plank Pull Push-Up
2. Ring Horizontal Row
3. Ring Standing Roll Outs
4. Split/Staggered Knee Drops (45 seconds per side)
