Grab your suspension trainer and get ready for a follow-along routine that’ll have you feeling stronger in no time.
In this intense workout, we’ll hit FIVE exercises designed to work your entire body. You’ll be pushing hard for 30 seconds, then recovering for 15 seconds. We’ll go for five rounds, totalling just under 19 minutes of sweat-inducing effort.
