Join me for this week’s session, where we’re mixing it up with a P-Bar and Floor Fusion Workout designed to push your limits in just a small space!
Grab your P-Bars and get ready for an intense follow-along routine. This session combines P-bar moves with bodyweight exercises to challenge your entire body.
In this fusion workout, we’ll focus on five dynamic exercises. The Tabata protocol will have us working 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 6 rounds of each exercise. That's 3 minutes per exercise, moving straight from one to the next for a total workout time of 15 minutes.

Squat Pike Press
P-Bar Dips
Step Up Squat
L-Sit to Half Straddle
