On the clock we have 20 MINUTES!
We have 5 exercises to get through - 45 seconds of work PER EXERCISE with 15 seconds REST.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: GYMNASTICS RINGS & SOME FLOOR SPACE
Make sure you perform EVERY EXERCISE with GOOD FORM!
As always, make sure your WARM UP is thorough and you PRACTICE each of the exercises before jumping straight into the routine.
Keep your form SPOT ON throughout, find a pace that works for you and slow your pace down if your form is starting to slip.
