In this weeks session, we’re hitting a high-intensity, full-body CALISTHENICS WORKOUT – no equipment, no breaks.
This is a 20-minute Squat Fusion Workout, where every exercise begins with a squat.
We’ve got 5 movements, and you’ll be working for 60 seconds on each exercise, back-to-back, with no rest between them.
That means 4 rounds in total – a continuous 20-minute challenge to build strength, control, and endurance.
Pace yourself, stay focused, and aim to keep moving the whole way through.
