This week’s session brings you an intense SQUAT FUSION—a high-energy, no-rest FULL BODY CALISTHENICS WORKOUT that will push your limits and put your strength and endurance to the test.
We’ll be tackling a 15-MINUTE routine split into 3 ROUNDS, featuring 5 dynamic exercises, each performed for 60 SECONDS. Between each move, you’ll flow through a squat for seamless transitions. Keep a steady pace, focusing on control and good form over speed.
No equipment needed—just your body, grit, and determination to see it through!
