You don't need to worry if you don't have a pull-up bar as this versatile workout allows you to substitute the pull-up bar exercises with a set of gymnastics rings. It's all about finding the equipment that suits you best.
We cannot stress enough the importance of proper technique when performing the exercises. I will guide you through each movement, emphasising the significance of maintaining good form.
