URBAN CALISTHENICS BEGINNER SERIES - EPISODE 1
NO EQUIPMENT | 18 MINUTES
Welcome to the first episode of my Urban Calisthenics Beginner Series! Get ready to kickstart your calisthenics journey with a bodyweight-only workout that requires no equipment—just your commitment and a bit of floor space.
This session is designed to get you moving and build a strong foundation. We’ll tackle 5 exercises, each performed for 30 seconds, with a 15-second rest in between. You’ll complete 4 rounds for an 18-minute total workout!
Here’s what’s on the agenda:
1. Half Push-Up
2. Bear Squat
3. Step-Up Squat
4. Floor Crawl Out
5. Front Lunge (Left)
6. Front Lunge (Right)
Before jumping in, make sure to warm up properly and take a moment to practice each exercise to ensure you have the correct form and technique.
