This workout features FOUR challenging exercises. Using only your bodyweight and a box or sturdy chair, we'll work hard for 60 seconds with a brief 10-second rest between exercises. We’ll complete 3 rounds, totalling just under 18 minutes of intense activity.
Here are the exercises we'll be doing:
1. Box Squat Pike Combo
2. Plank Sweep Plank Push Up
3. Front to Back Lunge Split Squat (60 seconds per side)
4. Box Dip Tuck L-sit
