#117 Turn everyday furniture into training tools!

Join me for this week’s Box/Chair Strength Session—a compact, high-intensity routine built around simple equipment you already have at home.

We’ll be following a Tabata format: 20 seconds of effort, 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 6 rounds per exercise before moving on. With 4 main moves (and the shrimp squat performed on each leg separately), this session clocks in at around 15 minutes of focused work.

Here’s what’s on:
1️⃣ Six Step (using wall or box)
2️⃣ Box Dips
3️⃣ Elevated Shrimp Squat (Left)
4️⃣ Elevated Shrimp Squat (Right)
5️⃣ Box/Floor Pike Push-Ups

What you’ll need: a bit of wall space, a solid box or sturdy chair, and some floor space to move.

Make sure you’re warmed up before diving in — you’ll feel stronger, safer, and ready to go.
