In this weeks session, we’re stepping it up with a high-energy RINGS AND BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT designed to challenge your strength and control.
This 20-MINUTE workout consists of 5 exercises, each performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest. You’ll complete 4 rounds to hit every muscle group and keep your body moving.
You’ll need a pair of gymnastics rings (or a pull-up bar if rings aren’t available), a sturdy box or chair, and just a little floor space to get started.

Box Squat Pike
Ring Pull Squat (adjustable for all levels)
Box Dips
Tuck to L-Sit
Push-Up Tuck Pike
This session focuses on precision, control, and functional strength, making it ideal for those looking to build full-body power. Be sure to warm up beforehand to prepare your muscles and enhance your performance.
